The Wellness Group is excited to announce the launch of the Circle of Security Parenting (COSP). A groundbreaking, evidence-based program designed to help you navigate the challenges of parenting with confidence and compassion.

What is COSP?

The Circle of Security Parenting program is a nurturing and insightful approach that equips parents and caregivers with the tools they need to support their child’s emotional and psychological well-being. Based on decades of research, COSP focuses on building secure attachment in relationships between parents/caregivers and children, which is essential for healthy development.

Who is this Program For?

COSP is perfect for parents, caregivers and guardians of children of all ages who are interested in enhancing their relationship with their child and fostering a secure, supportive environment at home.

Program Details:

•  Format: We offer both group sessions and individual coaching to meet your unique needs.
•  Duration: The program consists of 9 weekly sessions, each lasting 90 minutes.
•  Start Date: Tuesday September 24, 2024 at 6:30 pm
•  Location: 1 Corporate Drive, Shelton, CT (Executive Conference Room First Floor)
•  Cost: $389 ($425 per couple) Early Bird Special if you register by September 6th, or $425 per person ($500 per couple) after September 6th.
