I am passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, school-related stress, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices to help clients build practical skills for managing emotions, improving coping, and feeling more in control of their day-to-day lives.
I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe being yourself as you explore your experiences. Using a strengths-based, holistic perspective, I believe therapy should be both validating and skill-building, helping you process what you are going through while also equipping you with tools you can use outside of sessions.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to understand yourself better, we can work together to build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
