As a clinical therapist and registered yoga instructor for the 8 past years; I stive to bring a humanistic and holistic approach while supporting individuals on a path to healing and empowerment. Incorporating mindfulness-based strategies and evidence-based practices collaboratively brings insight to current, past and present stressors to overcoming various challenges one may be facing. I have experience in a wide variety of age groups in addressing: anxiety, depression, trauma, communication struggles, ADHD, self and body image. These experiences can leave individuals and families overwhelmed and at times hopeless. We will work on establishing a therapeutic relationship that builds on trust, honesty and compassion. Helping is my passion while supporting individuals to meet their goals with skills to be able to manage emotions and everyday life challenges. In a safe, non-judgmental and nurturing environment we will connect to strengths and build knowledge, skills and tools to reach individual and family goals.
